Home Sweet Home!
I finally found a new place...in Manhattan! All fears of leaving the City have been put to bed--I'm staying firmly planted on the Isle.
Here is the entrance to my new abode in SpaHa (Spanish Harlem)!
This is my private outdoor "courtyard" where I hope to spend summer evenings drinking Corona Lights toasting the setting sun as the dogs run circles around my feet.

looks cute! congratulations on staying in nyc.
I lived in West Harlem for two months. . miserable. 142nd st. There's nothing up there. And, I had to shop for all my food at bodegas.
I don't know SPaHa personally but I hope it offers the host more than what I got out of West Harlem. My experience was pretty grim, and I have heard that SPaHa has a crime problem. Even if this is a false rumor, please purchase some mace or a stungun. Play it safe.
Question: that 'courtyard'? How are you going to see the sunlight from in there? It looks fairly deep. Great to have it for private use though, I agree. Looks good for outdoor sex as well.
Anyway nevermind this rather gloomy speculating by yours truly, I offer congratulations and best wishes on the host's new pad! Urban independence (and no roommates) is a grand thing!
