Turduchen, anyone?

Am I the only one that had never heard of turduchen?

It's a chicken stuffed into a duck rammed into a turkey with stuffing to boot.

Apparently delicious and not too fowl!

I'm not a fan of duck meat, it is so fatty, at the same time, stringy, and thus hard to get cooked properly. Its a meat that is supposed to be a little rare when served, but that grosses me out. Usually, chefs mess it up no matter what they do. Peking Duck is the best way to eat that bird, I think.

Now back to "5 Days of James Bond" on the Spike Channel. TV for MEN!
