I don't know if I would call that entrepreneurship yet.
I myself take a summer share in a similar house--but not on Long Island.
It's just a matter of being den-mother/organizer/go-between.
But glad to see you putting your business skills at work
Gas is gonna cost you driving out there all the time
I take the LIRR out on Fridays and hop the train back to Penn on Sundays. It's free to park at the Hampton Bays train station--yay--so gas hasn't been an imposition yet.
