Well? Come on, let it out. What's the low-down? Get an objective, third-party opinion here. A man's POV. How vicious were you? What was the crux of the matter? I will give you the verdict on whether there was 'conduct unbecoming' . . .
Thanks for the offer but I'm afraid it's a bit too complicated in its implications for you to be cruel but fair and I certainly wouldn't want to tarnish your good name by subjecting you to examining a cause that would crush your psuedonym.
Okay. I admit my offer of a Cruel ear was initially flippant. Let me reassure you I'd pull my punches in this case. I'd never use my hob-nail boot on someone when they're down--as in, after a breakup. I'm a changed man! Not so cruel anymore. Been through a horrendous breakup myself the past two years.
You could just give the outline of what happened, y'know--simple stuff such as:
1) Was he cheating? 2) Irreconciliable life-goals? 3) Incompatible lifestyles? 4) Conflicting vacation plans? 5) Religious differences? 6) Personality clash under pressure? 7) Loss of respect for each other?
And again, how did it all wind down? Were there fights? Dinnerware thrown? Police called? Restraining order?
Not asking for every gory detail here--but what basically happened? Isn't there a 'National Enquirer' version you can float to your public? :^\
3 which made me question 2 that led to 6 and I hope we don't end up in 7...There was no 4, regrettably. And 1 would definitely put us at 7 not that I could confirm 1 given his travel history as a consultant in the first half of our relationship--though I suspect not...or maybe that is just false hope.

was it really your inner viciousness which was to blame?
